Vidal/Wettenstein leases 6,005 s/f to Int'l. Soccer & Rugby Imports

According to Vidal/Wettenstein, Dawid Square owned by Dawid Investment LLC is 100% occupied. The Westport-based commercial real estate firm had taken over the listing in the 2nd quarter of 2009 and had leased the first unit to Personal Training Professionals, a franchised business with numerous locations in Connecticut. PTP occupies 3,025 s/f. The last remaining space has been leased to International Soccer & Rugby Imports which is presently located in Southport in a smaller building. International Soccer will occupy 6,005 s/f. Vidal/Wettenstein is proud of the fact the firm has successfully completed the job of leasing a brand new retail facility within a soft retail market where there is a high retail vacancy factor. Robert Lewis and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein were the listing brokers for the property.
