Vidal/Wettenstein negotiates 3,400 s/f medical office lease
Trumbull, CT Allergy & Asthma Care will be relocating their Monroe offices to 35 Corporate Dr. The occupancy date is set for August. The practice took 3,400 s/f which will be completely retro-fitted to offer allergy and asthma patient care. Allergy & Asthma Care also has an office at in Fairfield which will be upgraded as well.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & partner with Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the 10 year term for Allergy & Asthma Care and the property owner, Trefoil Park Properties.
The practice provides outstanding care to adults and children with allergies, asthma, and food allergies throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties.
Their providers include Dr. Kenneth Backman, the founder of Allergy & Asthma Care, Dr. Katherine Bloom, Dr. Sara Dever, Suzanne Hines, APRN, Jill Ross, APRN, and Beth Strong, APRN. All of their providers have extensive experience across the wide range of allergic diseases including food allergy, allergic rhinitis, asthma, allergic skin disorders, allergic gastrointestinal disorders, and drug allergy.
