SCRE represents MSQUASH Academy in 14,000 s/f lease
Norwalk, CT Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented MSQUASH in the leasing of over 14,000 s/f for their first Connecticut campus. MSQUASH is a holistic high-performance institute and squash club dedicated to training champion athletes and people. Their high-tech facilities guarantee a unique way of training using the latest technology while being taught by their world class coaching team led by Shaun Moxham and Katline Cauwels.
Penny Wickey, principal of SCRE, represented MSQUASH.
MSQUASH plans to open in the fall of 2021 in the former Lillian August SoNo Annex on 22 Elizabeth St.
