Vitale Caturano adds 22,000 s/f to lease; now 91,000 s/f at 80 City Sq.

Vitale Caturano has leased an additional 22,000 s/f of space at 80 City Sq. With this expansion, the firm now occupies a total of 91,000 s/f on four floors of the building. Build-out of the new space is now underway, with completion expected in August. Vitale Caturano negotiated the lease directly with Stahl/Gateway I Development, LLC, which owns the four-story brick facade building located on the Freedom Trail. Richard Caturano, president and CEO, said, "We are excited to be expanding in a building that offers first-class amenities at leasing costs substantially less than downtown rates."
