Glickman Kovago & Co. brokered the sale of 269 Mechanic St. for $900,000.
The property is a converted mill building with 21,000 s/f on one acre. The location and fit out was ideal for the buyers.
The buyers will be operating their company from this location, which also has two other tenants in the building.
