Vitti of Colonial Properties represents MNBD in lease of 22,000 s/f warehouse/storage facility
Milford, CT Tony Vitti of Colonial Properties represented the landlord, MNBD LLC, in the leasing of 22,000 s/f of warehouse space plus yard and covered outside storage, located at 252-262 Depot Rd. for a five year term.
The tenant, New England Gypsum, a building materials & distribution company, was represented by Chris Duclos from Sentry Commercial. The landlord’s attorney was Brian Lema with Berchem and Moses. The tenant used in-house counsel.
Colonial Props., founded in 1978, is a full-service brokerage firm.
