According to Kevin Nery, president of The Nery Corp., 15-19 Smith Ave. was recently sold. The 7,860 s/f mixed use commercial plaza, multi family residence and warehouse are on 1.35 acres. The property was sold on November 5th and the purchase price was $510,000.
The seller was E & E Realty Co., and the buyer is Branch Plaza, LLC. The seller was represented by Michael Volpe of Coastal Commercial Real Estate, a division of The Nery Corp.
