Dan Waldman, vice president with The Conrad Group has leased the remaining two suites at Pembroke Crossing. The 15,000 s/f strip center is located at 15 Columbia Rd. (Rte. 53).
The new tenants are Eldred Wheeler Furniture and Emerald Yoga Studios. These tenants join a tenant roster which includes The British Beer Company, Crown OB/GYN and Curtain Call.
According to Waldman, "Both tenants were attracted to Pembroke Crossing due to the quality of the asset and the location. These additions bring the occupancy to 100%."
The new tenants took occupancy effective October 1st.
