Waldman of Waldman & Associates completes fifth sale in Walpole, MA

800 Main Street - Walpole, MA

Walpole, MA Dan Waldman of Waldman & Associates completed his fifth sale in town. Previously, Waldman has sold everything from a self- storage facility to Cube Smart for $14.3 million, an office building for $7.1 million, a gas station for $1.2 million and an office condominium to a dentist for $795,000.

The dentist was a long time practitioner in town and he was renting in an older building. When the opportunity came to purchase his own building, Waldman made the first offer and closed quickly. After extensive renovation, he opened a new facility. Another dentist just down the street saw the facility and asked to join his practice. She needed her office building at 800 Main St. to be part of the merger. The dentist consulted with Waldman and although the building was built in 1900, he thought he could find a buyer. The only restriction from the seller was that Waldman could not sell it to a dentist or a dental specialist. The town also had restrictions since it was in a residential area.

Waldman started marketing the building and the first three calls were from dentists. He eventually, with the help from Kim Blanc of Keller Williams, sold it to a beauty spa that relocated from another part of town. The new owners are excited to open and are investing in the building.

Waldman also reported that he won the CoStar PowerBroker award for the ninth time.
