CBRE/New England negotiated a new lease at 30 Plan Way. Quick Fitting, Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of push-to-connect fittings used in plumbing, heating and irrigation applications, will relocate their headquarters to 50,000 s/f in the building.
They have exclusive rights to expand into the remaining square footage in the building for the next 12 months.
"We are very pleased that Rhode Island will be the home of push connection technology." said David Crompton, president and CEO of Quick Fitting. "We anticipate we will continue to hire new employees at a hyper rate, as rapid increases in our sales create new career opportunities for our fellow Rhode Islanders."
CBRE/NE's Michael Wall, vice president, represented the tenant in the deal. The Koffler Group, landlord at 30 Plan Way, was represented by CBRE/NE senior vice president and artner, Alden Anderson, Jr.
"Quick Fitting Manufacturing chose the perfect place to relocate their headquarters," said Wall. "30 Plan Way offered a first class facility that met all their immediate needs and gives them the flexibility to expand as the business grows."
30 Plan Way is a one-story, 99,980 s/f building. Located in the National Technology Business Park, the property is accessible from Jefferson Blvd., I-95 and T.F. Green Airport. The building contains a mix of office and manufacturing space and offers ample on-site parking.
