Washington Beech named an Exemplary Family Development by The New England Affordable Housing Management Association

Roslindale, MA According to Trinity Management, LLC, Washington Beech was named as an Exemplary Family Development by The New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA) during its annual Trade Show.

Washington Beech, along with three other Trinity managed properties, had been recognized earlier this year as a Community of Quality by the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). To be eligible for the regional Exemplary Family Development recognition, the site had to have achieved 325 points in the COQ application, which focused on financial management, property inspections, resident services, employee credentials and community endorsements. Washington Beech had 430 points.

“This is quite an honor and testament to the efforts you all make every day to enhance the lives of our residents and the community,” Trinity’s CEO Kate Franco said to the staff after they had received the award.

The property management staff work with residents and community stakeholders to ensure public safety, enhance the education of children, provide job skills, encourage and support physical and emotional well-being, and to create community events that will bring residents together.

“Collaborating with residents, volunteers, the YMCA, local police enforcement, churches, agencies, and companies, the Trinity Management team is proud to say we have achieved a dream of hope and positive community change,” the staff wrote in their submission essay to NEAHMA.
