Washington Trust provides $3.9 million in financing to Taymil Ivy Manor, LLC
Washington Trust's commercial real estate group provided $3.9 million in financing to Taymil Ivy Manor, LLC, for refinancing and capital improvements to Manchester Green Apartment Homes totaling 72 units.
"The fact that this apartment complex is located in a bedroom community-type neighborhood, yet convenient to several major interstates, makes it attractive to residents commuting to the city of Hartford," said Joseph MarcAurele, Washington Trust chairman, president and CEO.
