Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provides $5.7 million to Lexmar Realty, LLC

Milford, CT Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group provided $5.7 million to Lexmar Realty, LLC, for the construction and permanent financing of a new 23,293 s/f office building at 100 Plains Rd. This new location benefits from its I-95 frontage and is 15 miles southwest of New Haven Central Business District and 30 miles northwest of the Stamford Central Business District. 

“We are pleased to work with Lexmar Realty for the financing of their new well-located office headquarters,” said Julia Anne Slom, senior vice president and team leader of Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group. “We look forward to seeing our new client’s further growth and success.”
