Washington Trust provides $6.48 million financing to Loch View
Washington Trust's Commercial Real Estate Group provided $6.48 million in financing to Loch View, LLC of Wallingford for the purpose of acquiring property and completing tenant improvements to 322 Main St. The property is known as Windham Mills Technology Center.
Loch View, LLC is managed by Thomas Briggs, president of TWB Properties, LLC of Wallingford.
