Wason Assoc. provides services for sale of Atlantic Oakes resort
Wason Associates Hospitality Real Estate Brokerage Group represented the seller of the 150-room Atlantic Oakes By-the-Sea Resort, Mansion and Conference Center on Frenchmen Bay.
The sellers, the Cough family, contacted Wason Assoc. to provide advisory services which included discussions regarding pricing parameters, negotiation strategies, determining allocation of sale price, and reviewing 1031 exchange strategies.
