Waters of Lang McLaughry leases 1,240 s/f to Solmate Socks

Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for Lang McLaughry Commercial, completed a 1,240 s/f lease between Sudlow Limited Partnership, LLC, landlord and Solmate Socks, tenant at the "Emerson House" on Main St. The company is family owned and was started by Marianne Wakerlin. Solmate Socks has other operating centers around the country and has sales in North and South America, along with Europe and Asia. Waters said, "The representatives of Solmate Socks conducted an extensive site search, but when introduced to the Emerson House, they felt it was a great fit for their company culture and the "feel" of this small New England town, matched mission and culture of the community centered company." Lang McLaughry Commercial represented the landlord and was assisted by ReMax Group One with the introduction of the tenant.

Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.
