Waters of McLaughry Comm'l. leases to Quality First Plumbing and Heating in Red Barn building
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial negotiated the long term lease to Quality First Plumbing and Heating in the Red Barn building on State Rte. 66.
Quality First Plumbing and Heating is owned and operated by Chris and Michele Shaw.
The company is expected to be in the new facility this month.
McLaughry Comm'l. represented the owner of the facility, Mowatt Trust and assisted the tenants.
