Waterstone appoints KeyPoint as agent for 116,826 s/f Sugar River Pl.

KeyPoint Partners has been named exclusive leasing agent for Sugar River Plaza by Waterstone Retail Development. The 116,826 s/f grocery-anchored strip center is located at John Stark Highway and is anchored by Shaw's and Ocean State Job Lot. Tenants include Aubuchon Hardware, Movie Gallery, NH State Liquor Store, Rent-A-Center, and Family Dollar. A renovation of the center's facade is in process, which will be completed by the spring of 2008.
