White of CBRE/NE sells 2,940 s/f retail condo for $935,000
CB Richard Ellis/New England brokered the sale of unit 1-2A at 107 Congress St.
Kent White brokered the sale of the 2,940 s/f street-level, retail condominium to Ahadi Realty, LLC for $935,000.
This location will serve as the new home of Pars Oriental Rugs, which has relocated from its leased space at 40 Congress St.
