Wayne J. Griffin Electric wiring third Cambridge Park Dr. project
Hanover Cambridge III, Cambridge, MACambridge, MA Wayne J. Griffin Electric Inc. is wiring tis third residential project on Cambridge Park Dr.
Hanover Cambridge III is the latest mixed-use residential complex being constructed on Cambridge Park Dr.
Situated in close proximity to the Alewife MBTA station, the community will consist of 254 residential units over two six-story buildings, each totaling 294,000 s/f. The street-level retail space will be 7,700 s/f , with the garage unit at 213,000 s/f. Promoted as a 24-hour community, Hanover Cambridge III will include open public spaces, a community room, kitchen, bike storage and additional tenant amenity areas including a pool, theater, fitness area, e-lounge, club room, dining room, kitchen, and leasing offices. The project is scheduled for fall 2018 completion.
A design-build project led by project manager, Larry Cassidy, and foreman Steve Arsenault, the Wayne J. Griffin Electric Inc. team is tasked with installing two 4000a underground services, an indoor Eversource utility vault, along with branch electrical and site lighting. Additionally, Griffin Electric will install bus duct risers, meter banks and load centers, with a fire alarm system, power/data wiring within the residential units and common areas, and wire the rooftop HVAC units.
General contractor, The Hanover Co., is overseeing the on-site construction team, working alongside Wallace Garcia Wilson Architects, and electrical engineering firm Engineered Building Systems Inc.
Wayne J. Griffin Electric had previously contributed to the construction of Fuse Cambridge and Windsor at Cambridge Park Dr., both apartment buildings in the same development region as Hanover Cambridge III.
