James Webb, Tighe & Bond

Recently James Webb joined Tighe & Bond as an environmental compliance specialist who will work primarily out of the firm's Middletown office. A resident of Lebanon, he brings almost 10 years of experience providing New England clients with hazardous building materials inspections and oversight on abatement projects.
Webb has provided environmental services to a variety of clients in many different industries, including: government, education, healthcare, manufacturing and construction. He holds asbestos inspector certifications in Conn., Mass., Vt. and R.I., as well as asbestos project monitoring certifications in Conn. and Mass. He is experienced in all facets of hazardous building material compliance including: asbestos inspection, asbestos monitoring, lead inspection, lead monitoring, mold inspection, PCB inspection, and PCB abatement oversight. In addition, he has developed comprehensive inspection reports, asbestos management plans, and abatement specifications.
Webb received his bachelor of science in environmental science from the Eastern Connecticut State University, and is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association and the Asbestos Analyst Registry.
