Harry Weichsel, Arnold Peck's Commercial World

Harry Weichsel of Arnold Peck's Commercial World has started 2011 with a "bang" by concluding a $4 million sale of the 125 slips on four acres with the 75 mourings known as Pine Island Marina.
Weichsel had closed out 2010 with the sale of the well known Patrick Baker and Son facility (religious supplies) in Fairfield, adjacent to Rte. I-95 entrance #24 North.
Some of Weichsel's more notable successes include the 92 acre land site for a multi-million dollar development in Southington which included a Lowe's and Target as its anchors, the several million dollar sale of the Bickford Restaurant in Conn., the establishment of a New Alliance Bank in Wallingford, a sporting complex in East Windsor, as well as his structuring of the multi-million dollar purchase of the Pine Island Marina.
Aside from calling Weichsel his Multi Million Dollar Man the 100 plus agents at Peck's office have dubbed Weichsel "Mr. Bridgeport" for the several large and multitude of smaller transactions he has closed in his hometown of Bridgeport.
With Peck at his side, Weichsel in turn is proud to be able to work hand in glove with A.P. as he likes to call Peck. Weichsel said, "A.P. is a walking warehouse of real estate knowledge and we can count on each other for input and support to satisfy our clients and bring their products to a successful conclusion."
