Building and Land Technology leases 66,000 s/f to LDH Energy
According to Building and Land Technology, the developer of the 80-acre mixed-use project on the west branch of Stamford Harbor, Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy LLC (LDH Energy) has leased the top two floors totaling 66,000 s/f for 15 years at One Harbor Point Square, a 260,000 s/f building currently being completed at Harbor Point. LDH Energy will relocate its Wilton-based trading operation and administrative functions to its new facility mid year 2011.
