Bill Weirsman of Colonial Properties represented the seller in the sale of 2033 Fairfield Ave. for $285,000. The 1,125 s/f building on .29 acres was formerly used for automotive repair. The buyer, Bill Malone, was represented by Joel Hausman of Colonial Realty in Fairfield. The attorney representing the seller was Richard V. Bortolot Law Offices located in Stratford. The buyer’s attorney was David K. Kurata of Q&R Associates, LLC in Fairfield.
Weirsman also represented the seller, Peter Bonaventure in the sale of 354 Woodmont Rd., Unit 13, in Milford for $117,000. The 2,000 s/f commercial condominium will soon be the offices of Duct Diagnostics, LLC. The buyer was represented by Wayne Chmura of Keller Williams Realty Partners.
