The Geenty Group leases 7,500 s/f to Fresh Bev, LLC
Kevin Geenty, The Geenty GroupNew Haven, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the lease of 7,500 s/f at 55 John Murphy Dr. to Fresh Bev, LLC.
This is a brand new, free standing warehouse building with a fenced yard.
Kevin Geenty, SIOR, was the agent for the tenant, and worked with Fresh Bev CFO Justin Kuntz in structuring this lease. The landlord is Consiglio Properties, LLC. Frank D’Ostilio of Wareck D’Ostilio Real Living in New Haven was the agent for the landlord.
