Weissman of BRA executes 25,265 s/f sale to Salem Five Cents Savings Bank
According to Boston Realty Advisors, Jason Weissman, principal has represented Salem Five Cents Savings Bank in its acquisition of 8 Walkers Brook Crossing.
The site, a former gas station, will be developed into a Salem Five Bank branch.
Construction has already commenced on the site. The parcel of land is 25,265 s/f, and the bank plans to build a new branch location.
The price of the land was $1.4 million.
