14 Market Square - Portsmouth, NH

14 Market Sq. has been considered the center of downtown. Its history as a gathering spot for locals and visitors includes Moulton's Fountain Shop, Teddy's Lunch, Café Brioche and its current tenant Breaking New Grounds.
Though the tenant line-up will currently stay the same, the ownership of the building has changed.
Dave Lefebvre of Shanley Realtors brokered a transaction to transfer ownership of the land and the 12,000 s/f, three-story building.

Lefebvre, representing the current owners, The Kihei Group, LLC, combined efforts with the buyer, BNG Properties, Inc. John Bosen, Esq. of the law firm Bosen and Springer represented the interests of the seller, with Denise Poulos, Esq. of Donahue, Tucker, and Ciandella providing counsel for the buyer.
Tenants who occupy space at 14 Market Sq. in addition to Breaking New Grounds, include the retail location of Oriental Gallery on the first level, with Driver/Ryan Architects, Midheaven, Tangram 3D, and The Banks Gallery in offices on the 2nd and 3rd levels.
The selling price, including land and building was $2.215 million.
