Woburn, MA Howard West and Nick Osgood of MANSARD facilitated the sale of 66 Holton St., which is a 29,600 s/f industrial building. The undisclosed buyer purchased the site for $2.175 million from Molanfamily LP. The property will be redeveloped into a multi-unit industrial facility.
