Weston & Sampson promotes Lacirignola to vice president

Peabody, MA Weston & Sampson has promoted Hillary Lacirignola, PE, to the position of vice president. Lacirignola has over 20 years of experience in the planning, design, construction, and evaluation of wastewater, stormwater, infrastructure management, and water resource engineering projects. She has a strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory agency policies, procedures, and permitting requirements, and has been responsible for managing several projects. Lacirignola is also involved in corporate risk management for the firm.

Lacirignola began her career with Weston & Sampson in 1997 as an engineer and was later promoted to senior engineer, project manager, team leader, and associate. She earned her master of science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and her bachelor of science in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University.

Lacirignola is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is an active member of the New England Water Environment Association/Water Environment Federation - Asset Management Committee, American Society of Civil Engineers, International Risk Management Institute, and the American Council of Engineering Companies – Risk Management Committee.
