Wettenstein of Vidal/Wettenstein sells 185 East Avenue for $1.4 million

Norwalk, CT Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, commercial real estate firm based in Westport, 185 East Ave. recently sold for $1.4 million to Emily Meehan. The property had recently been sold to Harmony LLC which was going to use the facility, but due to a change in plans, decided to flip the property. The building is a 5,600 s/f, 2-story office building at the intersection of East Ave. and Olmstead, and virtually seconds to the I-95 interchange at exit 16.
Wettenstein, SIOR was the listing broker. Susan Cooper of Berkshire Hathaway represented the purchaser. Legal counsel for the seller was Richard Lewis of Urban Thier & Federer, P.A. Counsel for the purchaser was David Stergas of DePanfilis & Vallerie
