Renegotiating two leases on Main St. in Westport.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2014?
Leasing space to Silas Deane in Wallingford Shopping Center.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2015?
I predict that retail will continue to come back but that prices are making it impossible for Mom & Pop shops to enter the Fairfield County Marketplace and I find it sad as Mom & Pop's were the backbone of small business in America.
