We have been very actively yet selectively growing Vantage Builders over the past two years, and we feel that we’ve put in place the best team possible to service our clients.  To help us to continue to attract and retain the best people in the industry, in both the field and the office, this year we implemented a profit sharing plan for employees.  It was a tremendous success and we can proudly say that we hit our target goal for the year.
