I am very proud of each deal I was able to assist with from the sale of a $42 million self storage portfolio, to a new 430 s/f office lease for a solo practitioner psychiatrist in Lexington. Obviously, the portfolio transaction was the most notable. It involved four properties in two states, four brokers and the buyer was one of the five self storage REITs.
