The two biggest projects in 2016 in East Providence were in the medical office category. University Orthopedics is constructing an 88,000 s/f facility in the Waterfront District at Kettle Point and 375 Wampanoag Trail, LLC has constructed a 75,000 s/f medical office facility that is the new home of University Medicine.
