Wheelock and Novaya sell 12 Parkwood Dr. for $2.93 million

Scott Dragos, Colliers InternationalHopkinton, MA Colliers International, as representative for Wheelock Street Capital and Novaya Real Estate Ventures, recently completed the sale of 12 Parkwood Dr. for $2.93 million to AIS Development. Scott Dragos and Doug Jacoby of Colliers brokered the sale.
AIS is a Framingham-based real estate and advisory firm, whose portfolio consists of over 20 mixed-use properties throughout Massachusetts and North Carolina.
The 38,979 s/f office/flex was a build-to-suit for SCP Distributors, who remain as the sole occupant in the building.
Doug Jacoby, Colliers InternationalThe 12 Parkwood sale represents the fifth asset sold by Wheelock/Novaya out of a 14-asset portfolio acquired earlier this year.
