Cummings Properties awards CBRE as leasing agent for Dunham Rd.

Beverly, MA Cummings Properties, LLC, has selected CBRE/New England as the exclusive leasing agent for the commercial campus on Dunham Rd. The 54-acre campus at 48, 50 and 52 Dunham Rd. features one of the few remaining developable sites with frontage on Rte. 128.

CBRE/NE’s Mike Ripp and Kerry Hawkins will spearhead the leasing efforts for this assignment, which comprises the pre-leasing of land sites 48 and 52 Dunham Rd. in addition to the existing lease-up of 50 Dunham Rd. The overall development presents opportunities for companies seeking 10,000 to 313,000 s/f spanning three office buildings.

At the center of the campus is 50 Dunham, former headquarters of Parker Brothers and Atari. Leasing at this existing 100,000 s/f building has progressed rapidly, with 85,000 s/f already occupied. The location is now home to several firms, including Microline Surgical and Green Banana SEO. Across the drive, adjacent to 48 Dunham Rd., is a newly constructed 500-car parking garage.

Foundations are complete and utility work is well underway for first class office and R&D buildings at 48 and 52 Dunham Rd. These five-story structures will be 144,000 s/f and 154,000 s/f, respectively.

Both buildings will feature modern design and finishes, energy-efficient construction, build-to-suit open floorplans, and extensive window lines.

“We are very excited to partner with CBRE/New England on this high-profile new development project,” said Eric Anderson, executive vice president at Cummings Props. “CBRE/NE’s expertise representing large-scale HQ projects complements our leasing and marketing teams perfectly.”

“We are excited to be collaborating with Cummings,” said CBRE/NE’s Ripp. “Dunham Road offers a remarkable and rare opportunity at a highly desirable Route 128 location. Client firms will enjoy superb access, ample parking, and a beautiful wooded site with pond views, in addition to nearby amenities.”
