Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate leases to Bobbles & Lace

Hingham, MA Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) represented Bobbles & Lace in leasing their most recent location at 84 North St. Bobbles & Lace (B&L) has nine locations: SCRE brokered their first in Connecticut - Bedford Sq., Westport. Other stores are located on Newbury St. in Massachusetts, in Newport, R.I., Portland, ME and Portsmouth, N.H.

Penny Wickey, SCRE represented Bobbles & Lace. Evan Sobran served as the trustee for HAR Realty Trust in this transaction.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
