Quantum Real Estate Advisors brokers $8.3 million sale of 14,820 s/f Walgreens
Lakeville, MA Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc., has brokered the $8.3 million sale of a 14,820 s/f single-tenant Walgreens. There were 10 years remaining on the original 25-year Walgreens lease at the time of sale.
Daniel Waszak of Quantum R.E. represented the buyer in the transaction, a private 1031-exchange investor that is a Quantum repeat client. The seller was a Midwest-based real estate investment trust.
“Strong sales and the proximity of the purchaser to the property were the drivers behind this acquisition,” said Waszak. “The purchaser was able to get comfortable that Walgreens was performing well here along with quality underlying real estate.”

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
