Wiesenberg of CB Richard Ellis negotiates 18,675 s/f office lease
Student Loan Corporation (SLC) has inked a long-term, 18,675 s/f lease for office space at 750 Washington Blvd. Budd Wiesenberg of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford office spearheaded the negotiations.

Discover Financial Services recently acquired The Student Loan Corporation from Citigroup. Prior to its 18,675 s/f commitment at 750 Washington Blvd., SLC was located within Citigroup's premises in the same building.
