Wilks and Hale of OR&L Comm’l. sell 5,284 s/f bank site for $1 million

158 North Main Street - Southington, Conn.

Southington, CT Thomas Wilks and Andrew Hale of OR&L Commercial, LLC has sold an office/bank building at 158 North Main St. The property is a 2-story, 5,284 s/f former bank on 1.03 acres. The location was formerly occupied by People’s United Bank and after acquiring both Farmington Bank and United Bank have closed some of their redundant branches. Wilks and Hale represented the owner, People’s United Bank. The buyer, Trusted Properties, LLC, was represented by Robert Montesi of Goman+York. 

Trusted Properties, LLC dba Advance Security Integration, LLC and Security 101 is an integrated security system installer who is relocating from their current location in Plainville.
