The location was formerly occupied by People’s United Bank and after acquiring both Farmington Bank and United Bank have closed some of their redundant branches. Wilks and Hale represented the owner, People’s United Bank. The buyer, Trusted Properties, LLC, was represented by Robert Montesi of Goman+York.
