The 20-ft. clear height block construction building contains three separate units with four drive-in doors and was built in 2006. The previous owner, DGE, LLC custom built the building for his use and spared no expense. The new owner, Rev Industries plans to operate out of two of the units of the building while leasing the excess space in the third unit.
Rev Industries, LLC, was established in 2021 and previously leased a location on Christian Ln. in Berlin, but really wanted to own their own building. The property was perfect for the buyer who had been looking for a property in which to bring his business and to be able to realize rental income from the excess space.
