Winchester, MA According to Winchester Savings Bank, additional positions at the Bank have recently been filled, including Jillian Jurilla as senior vice president consumer and business banking, Bill Katinoglou as vice president residential loan officer, and Stephanie Chianca as vice president cash management officer.
“Our growth strategy is already well underway, and Jillian, Bill, and Stephanie are just the right people to keep us moving in the right direction.” said John Carroll, president and CEO.
Jurilla has more than 20 years in financial services, much of it in the area of franchise growth. She will be overseeing the Bank’s branch expansion efforts. “Winchester Savings has such a great reputation for relationships,” said Jurilla. “I have always taken a hands-on approach and am excited about the opportunity to help this organization grow.”
Katinoglou has 30+ years combined experience as a real estate agent and then as a mortgage lender. “Buying a home, especially in this market, can be so stressful, and it’s important for us to be approachable, knowledgeable, and responsive. Winchester Savings has local, quick decision-making, and that makes us a great partner for homebuyers.”
Chianca is tasked with building new products and services for business customers. “Business owners always have more to do in a day than they have time for, and if we can streamline things for them, making their financial management process more efficient and productive, they can focus more on their customers and their employees.”
