Wise awarded 59,000 s/f build-out for Google headquarters
Wise Construction Corp. has been awarded a 59,000 s/f interior build-out and renovation project by Google for its new regional headquarters.
The 59,000 s/f interior build-out on three floors at Five Cambridge Center involves general demolition, creation of collaborative work stations and conference space, custom millwork, installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and construction of a secure tel-data room.
Wise Const. will work in conjunction with the project design team of Visnick and Caufield Associates, Inc.
The project is scheduled for completion in February 2008.
