Wise of WRE Commercial and Levy of The MEG Cos. handle 12,342 s/f lease to Dollar Tree
Londonderry, NH Dollar Tree has executed a lease for 12,342 s/f at the Apple Tree Shopping Center. Dollar Tree plans to open this summer.
Since purchasing the Shopping Center in July 2018, Vernco Apple, LLC has invested over $3 million in renovations and upgrades; including new paving, roofs, mechanical systems, electrical, and a new façade. It is located on Rte. 102, one mile from Exit 4 on I-93. The shopping center is anchored by Shaw’s Supermarket. The property is managed by Vernet Properties, Inc.
The deal was handled by Jay Wise of WRE Commercial Brokers and Andy Levy of The MEG Cos.
