Woelfel and McDonald of Cushman & Wakefield represents United Medical Systems, Inc. in 10,014 s/f lease

Cushman & Wakefield completed a 10,014 s/f office lease at Westborough Office Park, 1700 West Park Dr. Cushman & Wakefield's team of Stephen Woelfel and J.R. McDonald represented the tenant, United Medical Systems, Inc. (UMS). The landlord, Westborough Investors Limited Partnership was represented by CBRE. "We are delighted to have assisted UMS, an industry leader in transportable medical services, in the relocation of its headquarters facility within Westborough Office Park," said McDonald.
