Woelfel, Foster and Real of Colliers International handle 25,000 s/f lease to PharMerica

350 Myles Standish Boulevard - Taunton, MA

Taunton, MA According to Colliers International, senior vice president Steve Woelfel, vice president PJ Foster, and associate John Real of the Southwest team represented their client, DAI Property Management, in a 25,000 s/f lease to long-term care pharmacy solutions company, PharMerica Corp. PharMerica will relocate its current operation from Brockton to 350 Myles Standish Blvd., backfilling space formally occupied by another office and R&D user and leasing some adjacent warehouse space as well.

PharMerica was represented by CBRE’s Tom Dyer of the Tampa office and Nat Kessler of the Boston office.

“The Myles Standish Park is the largest in the state and it continues to be one of the tightest with a clear growth trend of lab and R&D users,” said Foster.

Since June, 350 Myles Standish has experienced leasing momentum with new tenants and the expansion of an existing tenant. Located within the six-million s/f Myles Standish Industrial Park, which is home to over 111 companies and 8,000 employees, 350 Myles Standish offers an opportunity for companies wanting to draw from both Boston and Providence labor pools. The building boasts a generous 4 per 1,000 s/f parking ratio with some covered parking, which is rare in the market, and is accessible near the main entrance to the park. As of today, there now remains only one small office suite and 44,000 s/f of 25-foot clear warehouse space.

“We are pleased to provide PharMerica with the right mix of office, R&D and warehouse they need,” said Paul Bourque of DAI Property Management, “and hope we can continue to work with them to grow within the building as their business needs require.”
