Steve Woodworth, director of Wyman Street Advisors brokered the sale of 1 Vaillancourt Dr. for the purchase price of $950,000. One Vaillancourt Dr. is a well-maintained, single-story flex building in the North Attleboro Industrial Park and totals 15,549 s/f. Woodworth represented the seller, Barken Realty, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, Star Engineering, Inc., was self-represented. The asset is located along to I-95, 15 miles from Providence, R.I. and 38 miles from Boston.
