Worth Avenue Capital celebrates successful 2013
Worth Avenue Capital, LLC (WAC) would like to thank all of their clients and associates.
WAC closed 14 transactions in 2013 for a total of $6.665 million. These transactions included the origination of new conventional bank loans; origination of private loans, as well as other alternative and non-bank commercial loans; and advisory services in which WAC negotiated bank workouts including forbearance agreements. 2013 was WAC's most successful year since their inception and they expect their business to achieve further growth during 2014.
