WS Development opens 2,225 s/f YO! Sushi

Boston, MA According to WS Development, international restaurant group YO! Sushi opened its first stand-alone restaurant in the U.S., located at Watermark Seaport (85 Seaport Blvd.) in the Seaport District.

“YO! Sushi has revolutionized sushi and Japanese street food around the world and we’re excited to introduce the iconic brand to the city’s rapidly-growing Seaport District,” said Nick Monks, general manager of YO! Sushi in Boston. 

The new, 2,225 s/f location unveils an elevated design reminiscent of contemporary Japan, combining bright, colorful graphics with sleek black mattes, steel, and exposed brick.

“The Seaport District is a place for Bostonians to discover cutting-edge trends, innovative brands and exceptional experiences. From its menu to its kaiten, YO! Sushi is an ideal addition to this vibrant neighborhood,” said Brian Sciera, vice president of leasing at WS Development.
