Wyman Street Advisors closes a two building complex of 120,000 s/f
The former Johnnies Foodmaster retail plaza on the Revere/Malden line is getting a long-awaited boost in the form of new ownership and a signature tenant - Boston Harley-Davidson. A September 17th closing on a 2 building complex of 120,000 s/f on 7.58 acres completes more than six months of due diligence, permitting, and other redevelopment activities.
The site will be improved to showcase Harley-Davidson's new showroom and service center. Harley-Davidson of Boston's manager, Shawn Lillie said, "Harley-Davidson is thrilled with our new location, and the opportunities it presents to enhance our brand and create a uniquely customized and hands-on experience for our riders."
Steve Woodworth of Wyman Street Advisors led the Harley team with support from director Bob Borgman. Scott Dragos of NAI Hunneman Commercial represented the seller.
Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the $3.8 million sale of a mixed-use investment property located at 33-39 North Main St. and 24-25 Wallace Ave. in the town center.
